An Ingredient of the Future from Our 'Pine Needle' Cocktail
700ML OF SUNTORY HIBIKI HARMONY
30G OF PINE NEEDLES
- Separate the needles from the branches.
- Blend the needles with whisky in a Thermomix at speed 7 for 5 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a vacuum bag and infuse for 24 hours.
- Strain through a coffee filter.
- Bottle and store refrigerated.
