400G DAMSON
200G SUGAR
200G WATER
20G ORANGE PEEL
10G CARDAMOM

  1. Cook everything for 5 minutes in the Thermomix at 37°C.
  2. Single strain through a coffee filter at room temperature and let it cool down.
  3. Strain again through a coffee filter.
  4. Bottle and refrigerate.
