Scotch Whisky Kombu

All the best features of a Negroni, with both sweetness and umami that transports you to the seaside.

4G KOMBU (CUT INTO MEDIUM PIECES)

400ML SCOTCH

  1. Combine the kombu pieces with the scotch whisky of your choosing.
  2. Vacuum pack the liquid.
  3. Cook the mixture at 55°c for 30 minutes let the liquid cool down before straining with a coffee filter.
  4. Bottle and label.
