Pickled Fresh Kelp

An Ingredient of the Future from Our 'Kelp' Cocktail

500GR FRESH KELP
150ML WATER
200ML WHITE VINEGAR
200 GR SUGAR

  1. Combine water, vinegar, and sugar in a pot to make the pickling brine.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Boil for 1 minute.
  4. Rinse the kelp and add it to the pickling brine.
  5. Cook together for 5 minutes.
  6. Let cool.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 48 hours before serving.
  8. Bottle and refrigerate.
