Pickled Fresh Kelp
An Ingredient of the Future from Our 'Kelp' Cocktail
500GR FRESH KELP
150ML WATER
200ML WHITE VINEGAR
200 GR SUGAR
- Combine water, vinegar, and sugar in a pot to make the pickling brine.
- Bring to a boil.
- Boil for 1 minute.
- Rinse the kelp and add it to the pickling brine.
- Cook together for 5 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Refrigerate for at least 48 hours before serving.
- Bottle and refrigerate.
