400ML WHISKY OF CHOICE

400G FENNEL

4G THYME

  1. Cut the fennel into cubes.
  2. Put everything together in a vacuum bag and seal.
  3. Cook for 2 hours 55°C.
  4. Cool down and filter.
  5. Bottle until use.
