Black Bean Syrup

An Ingredient of the Future from our 'Grapefruit' Cocktail

250G BEANS

100G WATER

100ML MASTIHA

50ML APERITIVO BITTER

SUGAR

  1. Blend together all of the ingredients except the Aperitivo Bitter.
  2. Strain mixture through a coffee filter (there should be around 200ml of liquid).
  3. Add sugar equal to half of the weight of the liquid.
  4. Blend.
  5. For every 100ml of syrup add 15ml of Aperitivo Bitter of choice.
