An Ingredient of the Future from our 'Grapefruit' Cocktail
250G BEANS
100G WATER
100ML MASTIHA
50ML APERITIVO BITTER
SUGAR
- Blend together all of the ingredients except the Aperitivo Bitter.
- Strain mixture through a coffee filter (there should be around 200ml of liquid).
- Add sugar equal to half of the weight of the liquid.
- Blend.
- For every 100ml of syrup add 15ml of Aperitivo Bitter of choice.
