Whisky-Infused Tigernuts
A tropical interpretation of the classic Old Fashioned, boasting a rich finish and a sweet treat to match.
700ML WHISKY OF CHOICE
200G TIGERNUTS
- Toast the tigernuts in a pan at medium heat toast until you almost burn them. Once this is complete, mix the burnt tigernuts with the whisky.
- Let them rest for 2 hours.
- After two hours strain the mixture through a coffee filter.
