Blue Mulberry Agave Syrup
An Ingredient of the Future from Our 'Mulberry' Cocktail
600GR WATER
200GR BLUE MULBERRY
50GR SUGAR
2GR SALT
AGAVE AS MUCH AS NEEDED.
- Place all ingredients, except the agave syrup, in an airtight container and leave at room temperature for 2 days.
- Open and strain through a fine sieve, pressing to extract as much liquid as possible.
- Strain again through a coffee filter.
- Weigh the liquid and add agave syrup at half the weight.
- Bottle and refrigerate.
Shelf Life: 2 weeks
