Blue Mulberry Agave Syrup

An Ingredient of the Future from Our 'Mulberry' Cocktail

600GR WATER
200GR BLUE MULBERRY
50GR SUGAR
2GR SALT

AGAVE AS MUCH AS NEEDED.

  1. Place all ingredients, except the agave syrup, in an airtight container and leave at room temperature for 2 days.
  2. Open and strain through a fine sieve, pressing to extract as much liquid as possible.
  3. Strain again through a coffee filter.
  4. Weigh the liquid and add agave syrup at half the weight.
  5. Bottle and refrigerate.
