20G DRY GRASSHOPPERS

330G CORN

12 BABY CORN

5G DRY CHIPOTLE

300ML WHITE WINE VINEGAR

300G SUGAR

  1. Bring all ingredients to the boil in a pan at low heat. Leave until all other liquid has evaporated.
  2. For every 85g of the dry mix add 1g coffee powder and 150ml water.
  3. Blend everything and strain with coffee filter.
  4. Leftovers can be eaten with bread.
