Buttered Vodka
An Ingredient of the Future from Our 'Parsnip' Cocktail
700 ML GREY GOOSE
350 ML BUTTER (UNSALTED)
- Melt the butter over medium heat.
- Allow the butter to evaporate.
- Let it foam.
- Let the foam subside.
- Remove from heat when it reaches 155°C.
- Let it cool slightly, then blend with vodka.
- Transfer to bottles and refrigerate.
Note: You will lose about 20% of the butter during the evaporation step.
