Tamarind Cordial
An Ingredient of the Future from our 'Pineapple' Cocktail
200G TAMARIND PASTE
400G WATER
APPLE JUICE
SAUVIGNON BLANC
VANILLA SYRUP
PEACH LIQUEUR
- Soak the tamarind in 200g of water at 90°C for 25 minutes.
- Add 200g of water.
- Blend.
- Filter through a coffee filter.
- Measure the quantity of the tamarind water and add the same quantity of apple juice.
- For every 300ml of liquid, add: 50ml Sauvignon Blanc, 50ml vanilla syrup, 5ml peach liqueur.
