Tamarind Cordial

An Ingredient of the Future from our 'Pineapple' Cocktail

200G TAMARIND PASTE

400G WATER

APPLE JUICE

SAUVIGNON BLANC

VANILLA SYRUP

PEACH LIQUEUR

  1. Soak the tamarind in 200g of water at 90°C for 25 minutes.
  2. Add 200g of water.
  3. Blend.
  4. Filter through a coffee filter.
  5. Measure the quantity of the tamarind water and add the same quantity of apple juice.
  6. For every 300ml of liquid, add: 50ml Sauvignon Blanc, 50ml vanilla syrup, 5ml peach liqueur.
