- Blend some Kalamata olives (without the pit) until they become small pieces.
- In a stainless still container combine approximately 95% white chocolate drops with 5% Kalamata olives pieces.
- Cook and melt in a bain marie.
- Transfer liquid to a lollipop mould with a stick.
- Refrigerate.
