Chocolate Olive Lollipop

KALAMATA OLIVES WITHOUT THE PIT

WHITE CHOCOLATE DROPS

LOLLIPOP MOLD

  1. Blend some Kalamata olives (without the pit) until they become small pieces.
  2. In a stainless still container combine approximately 95% white chocolate drops with 5% Kalamata olives pieces.
  3. Cook and melt in a bain marie.
  4. Transfer liquid to a lollipop mould with a stick.
  5. Refrigerate.
