1KG PRICKLY PEAR WITHOUT PRICKLES
GIN OF YOUR CHOICE X 1 BOTTLE
- Peel the prickly pears, then blend them for few seconds with care as to avoid breaking the seeds. Once this is complete, strain the liquid with a fine mesh sieve.
- Add an equal amount of your favourite gin to achieve this drink.
