200G MUNG BEANS

200ML WATER

200ML OLOROSSO

  1. Mix ingredients together and cook at 55°C sous vide for 45 minutes.
  2. Blend.
  3. Strain mixture through a coffee filter.
  4. Add sugar in half the weight of the liquid
  5. Mix together and bottle until use.
