200G MUNG BEANS
200ML WATER
200ML OLOROSSO
- Mix ingredients together and cook at 55°C sous vide for 45 minutes.
- Blend.
- Strain mixture through a coffee filter.
- Add sugar in half the weight of the liquid
- Mix together and bottle until use.
