250ML APEROL
250ML MANCINO ROSSO
275G WILD STRAWBERRY
1 SPOON BALSAMIC VINEGAR
175 CASTER SUGAR
1.25ML PECTINEX
1G ASCORBICO ACID
- Add all ingredients to a Thermomix and heat to 60°C for 15 minutes.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain through a fine sieve.
- Strain again through a coffee filter.
- Bottle and refrigerate.
