Vivid colours that capture the sweetness of the beetroot with a kick of pepper.
700ML OF RUM
0.3G SICHUAN PEPPER
70G BEETROOT POWDER
140G OF GOLDEN BEETROOT
- Add all ingredients to sous vide bag.
- Place in water at 52°C and cook for 10 minutes.
- Chill the mixture before stirring though a coffee filter.
- Bottle and label.
