Buttered Vodka

An Ingredient of the Future from Our 'Parsnip' Cocktail

700 ML GREY GOOSE
350 ML BUTTER (UNSALTED)

  1. Melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Allow the butter to evaporate.
  3. Let it foam.
  4. Let the foam subside.
  5. Remove from heat when it reaches 155°C.
  6. Let it cool slightly, then blend with vodka.
  7. Transfer to bottles and refrigerate.

Note: You will lose about 20% of the butter during the evaporation step.
