400G DAMSON
200G SUGAR
200G WATER
20G ORANGE PEEL
10G CARDAMOM

Cook everything for 5 minutes in the Thermomix at 37°C.
Single strain through a coffee filter at room temperature and let it cool down.
Strain again through a coffee filter.
Bottle and refrigerate.
