5G PINK PEPPERCORN
250ML APEROL
250ML MANCINO ROSSO
275G WILD STRAWBERRY
1 SPOON BALSAMIC VINEGAR
175 CASTER SUGAR
1.25ML PECTINEX
1G ASCORBICO ACID

  1. Add all ingredients to a Thermomix and heat to 60°C for 15 minutes.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain through a fine sieve.
  4. Strain again through a coffee filter.
  5. Bottle and refrigerate.
