Artesian is at the forefront of the sophisticated London bar scene, creating a perfect blend of a fun atmosphere with an innovative approach to cocktails. The new minimalist menu, is inspired by the mantra ‘less is more’, with cocktails being made of only one flavour combination. Created in the Artesian laboratory, the entire team have worked to pair thoughtfully-sourced spirits with just one other key ingredient or flavour. The cocktail menu runs alongside the city’s largest collection of rums and an extensive Champagne List.
Artesian has an illustrious history, having won numerous accolades including ‘The World’s Best Bar’ for four consecutive years. The current team, led by Anna Sebastian and Remy Savage, have formed an exciting collaboration to take Artesian into a new era of brilliance.
Remy Savage, Head Bartender
Remy Savage joined Artesian after four years at Paris’ celebrated speakeasy Little Red Door, where he won the title of ‘World’s Most Imaginative Bartender’ in 2014. Remy is recognised by the industry for his creativity and unique approach to flavour, aiming to “playfully question the drinking experience” with every sip. His unconventional background, mixing his studies in philosophy with travels around the world, contribute to his fresh approach to bar tending.
Anna Sebastian, Bar Manager
Anna Sebastian took the helm at Artesian in November 2017, bringing more than a decade’s experience at some of London’s best known establishments, from West End bars and pubs to bars within five star properties. Anna is an award-winning bar manager, having been recognised as ‘Bar Personality of the Year’ at the 2017 Imbibe Awards, and judges numerous competitions and challenges within the industry.
