60ml of base spirit
10ml of dry wine blend*
How to mix it
We stir it down to a sharp -5 degrees Celsius and garnish it either with a lemon zest or with a “flight” of olives. This will pair the flavour of 3 different olives with 3 different flavour profiles you get from the Martini over time as it warms up.
*Our blend is a combination of 4 different wines and vermouth that we cook under vacuum with dill. This allows us to bring out the top notes in any chosen spirits and very simply lifts the Martini.
